We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Clockr, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clockr and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Clockr does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or its users.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept the changes.
